	Federal Communications Commission For the Federal Communications Commission, VIS developed the Ship Marine Application Processing system and the Cellular Application Reviewing system. All systems are MS Windows-based, client/server applications. The server machine is running under a UNIX operating system, using Sybase SQL Server as the database engine.
